New Delhi : Following Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s appearance in Delhi’s Rouse Avenue court, where his Enforcement Directorate (ED) custody was extended until April 1, his wife, Sunita, made an announcement on Friday. In a video message, she revealed a new WhatsApp campaign titled “Kejriwal ko Aashirwad.”
Ms. Kejriwal shared a WhatsApp number for individuals to send wishes to the incarcerated AAP convenor. In her three-minute message, she stated, “We are starting a drive from today – Kejriwal Ko Aashirvaad. You can send your blessings and prayers to Kejriwal on this number.” She emphasized her husband’s patriotism and expressed his appreciation for receiving sentiments and feelings from people. Ms. Kejriwal assured that all messages would be conveyed to the CM in jail.
She had attended the court proceedings the previous day, during which her husband had personally made submissions before the judge.
